I need a song that can show the directors that I can belt as well as hit high notes in my head voice. Is there one?

You're going to be hard pressed to find a true belting song that also goes super high in head voice. Mainly because true belters don't normally do that. Mixers can though, so it depends on what you want to showcase.

Take a look at "Dirty Old Man" from A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. It doesn't go super high in head voice, but it switches between belting and legit which is difficult and the song is very funny.

If you're more of a mixer, try "Vanilla Ice Cream" from She Loves Me. Most of the song uses of a musical theatre mix, but then it goes up to a high B flat at the end.

If you want to show a high belt look at Astonishing from Little Women (belt to Eb) or the top line on Who WIll Love Me As I Am from SideShow (belt to F)
