Musical piece for trumpet player?

well, how difficult do you want it? I love the piece "Feels So Good" by chuck mangione: it's played on a flugelhorn, but you can do it on a trumpet, too. "Somewhere over the Rainbow"? How about learning some military fanfares, like, here in Canada, we play "the last post" and "reveille" at many ceremonies. I don't know where you are from, but if you can learn some frequently used fanfares, then people will pay you big bucks to play them at military ceremonies and funerals.

If you are a beginner, try simple melodies from movies like Star Wars, and The Lion King, or from your favorite TV show. Se if you can figure them out by ear! Happy honking!

The theme from Coronation Street (British Soap)... if I could play more than a few notes on my trumpet that's what I'd play...
