Musical Programs?

Is there any program where if you load a song into it finds out the pitch, notes, etc.?

Yes. Both Sibelius and Finale will label the notes with their pitch names, solfege syllables (do, re, mi, etc.) and even their Boomwhacker note colors (part of a universal system of pre-reading for very young children, or those with learning disabilities). So - you need to open your sound file in these programs, tweak what is necessary, and then re-label. However - you had better be pretty conversant in music software to do this - and you had better have $$$ because even with educational discounts, these program run about $300 each. Clearly, these capacities of these programs are for those who are TEACHING music to be able to label things for their students.

FAR better is for you to learn yourself how to read music. Hit a site like www.practicespot.com and get working. It will come to you fairly quickly - and then be a skill for LIFE!

"band in a box" can do some of that.
